I didn't set out to build a diagnostics practice. I set out to understand why smart people in the same company keep solving the wrong problem.
I watched a founder make decisions on assumptions nobody had tested, rewarded for momentum over reality. I watched an agency sell traffic to survive, while knowing it wouldn't solve the client's actual problem. I watched an engineer deliver something broken because "done" had become more important than "working."
Nobody was lying. Nobody was failing on purpose. But the result was broken every time. The problem was never the people. It was the structure nobody was looking at.
Hiyaku exists because that gap is expensive. And because the people inside it rarely have someone whose only job is to make the structure visible. Without agenda. Without needing to be the one who fixes it.
The problem belongs to the system, not the people. That's what I do. That's why Hiyaku exists.
